Justine is a multi-certified Master Permanent Cosmetics Artist who specializes in Ombré Brows, Lip Blush and Fine Line Tattoos in Huntington Beach, California. From a very young age Justine always knew that she had a strong passion for the beauty industry and in 2019 she decided to embark on her journey of helping women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.  Justine is best known for her jaw dropping results and has many 5 star reviews to prove it.
